The goal of this piece is to capture the brightness of a sunny day by a cool river. The glass panel was started with full fusing strips of colored glass to form the background. Then different sizes of frit were tacked fused to give dimensionality and dichroic scrapes were added to create the glistening water. In the third firing glass paint made with frit was used to create the trees and clouds. Displayed in a metal stand. Size: 10 x 11”
