The Haleiwa Bridge

This is my presentation of the famous Haleiwa Bridge on Oahu, HI. I made a large round panel and mounted it into a piece of driftwood found on Oahu's North Shore. It has palm trees, rocks, bushes and the bridge. I layered 2 different streaky blue glass colors to give the water depth. I used sheet glass, crushed glass and powdered glass to make my design. Haleiwa is know for its "sunrise shells" which sell for up to $300 dollars each, so I made a glass one and added it to the piece.
