I'm Incredible Fused Glass pendant

The pendant measures approximately 1 1/2 x 1" and has a silver. plated bale. The pendant consists of two layers of glass. A dichroic layer, and a black layer. The dichroic layer sparkles in the sunlight. The I makes me think of the Incredibles.
