Easter

This is 1 of 5 40" x 70" panels that were created for an interior wall between the sanctuary and community room of a local Luthern Church. Together they describe 5 of the seasons of the church year. A beveled cross (Delphi)over the colors of Easter dawn dominates this window. Both side panels show a metamorphosis from cross and death to the risen Christ. The smaller right panel is simpler right panel represents the prophecy of Easter. Offered in the left panel are more details such as Christ as a Dove of Peace. The slightly larger panel sizes suggest Christianity's improved understanding of the Easter events.
