Fish in a Box!

“Fish in a Box”. This is a fun abstract piece designed to sit on a window sill or any surface with a reasonable amount of light to bring out the luminous quality of the different shades of blue glass and to accent the shiny platinum paint accents. The fish is hand cut freehand, then painted on both sides of the glass in several layers and kiln fired between layers. The metallic platinum paint embellishment is applied last and fired into the glass. The fish is suspended in a glass box with rain glass as a background and a decorative handle on top that you can turn to control the angle of the fish. The top is removable so items can be added to the box if desired. 12.5” x 4.25” x 4.5”.
