The design is a glass-on-glass (GOG) mosaic art piece featuring a forest of trees with circular leaf highlights. The tree trunk and branches are realistic, but the foliage is fantasy, evoking an image of an upside-down peacock. Step into this design and surround yourself with the beauty of nature. Unique piece highlights: Over 100+ hand cut circles, 3D aspect formed from two layers of green circles/foliage. I do not work from patterns or images, but instead I create my designs as I work, cutting and placing glass as the image "creates itself" on my substrate.
