Cake Dome

THe cake dome is made by using a stainless steel mixing bowl, designing a pattern on the bowl turned upside down, then using cut or broken pieces of glass and making a mosaic design.  The top is a porcelain flower applied using mosaic glue.

I'm just a beginner who loves working with glass.  I donated this item to a local school to raise money in a silent auction in September of 2015.  It sold and I was extremely happy.
