Red Beauty

2'x2" fused glass sculpture and each large wings is about 13' in height. Wings were cut from red opal  and black double rolled sheet. Black noodles and stringers for antenae and wing veins bent with a torch.  Body from black glass  slumped on hand created ceramic clay mold.  Assembled in moer realistic V shape.
