Bamboo on Fire

I've been using my EZ-Pro 15/6 kiln for 13 months and I can't wait to get up every morning to see what I've made.

This is one of the prettiest pieces I've made. The glass is a COE 90 striker that I took a chance on. I did have to fire several decals on different pieces to get the right temperature. They either burned out or were not fired long enough. I tried 4 times before using this terrific piece of glass. I then slumped it into a tray. It even has a small Oriental symbol in the upper left corner. MUCH nicer than I ever hoped. It measures 3.5" x 6.5".
