Fused Glass Art Panel - "Rain Storm"

"Rain Storm" was created by "painting" with glass stringers over a clear base.  After sketching out an idea on paper, hundreds of stringer segments were hand placed.  When the design was complete, the piece was taken to a contour fuse, a high enough temperature for the steel blue stringers to start to fade to a silvery plum color. "Rain Storm" measures 9 x 22 inches.
