Spanish Lady

This 13 x 13 1/2 in panel was two years in the making.  She is set in front of a moon of white iridescent COE96 glass with three layers of glass for dimension.  Her eye and eyebrow are hand painted on and thin red opal glass for the lips.  I then added a wire inclusion earring for effect.  Her fan is red opal over black.  The whole piece was fired eight times and black frit and powder seamed her together.  Truly a labor of love.
