Seed of Life Sacred Geometry Orange Yellow and Red Stained Glass Sun Catcher

Approximately 8 inches in diameter, this handcrafted stained glass Seed of Life mandala sacred geometry sun catcher represents the seven steps, stages, or days of creation as depicted across ancient religions and cultures, each of the circles representing one phase. The Seed of Life is known to be the building block for the Flower of Life. It is also known as the "Genesis Pattern" or "Solar Plexus Chakra". The first known version of the Seed of Life symbol is located in the Temple of Osiris at Abydos, Egypt.

The colors orange, yellow and red in this depiction together represent deep insight and independence.

This orange, yellow and red Seed of Life sun catcher is handmade using the Tiffany style stained glass method (copper foil). It is soldered with 50/50 lead alloy, and two jump rings are securely soldered to the top for hanging. The solder is treated with copper patina and then again with black patina, for a weathered, bronze hue.  The Seed of Life mandala stained glass sun catcher was then polished with carnauba wax for shine and protection from oxidation.

This Tiffany style stained glass seed of life sacred geometry mandala is designed with solid yellow cathedral stained glass, yellow and orange textured swirled stained glass, solid orange rough rolled textured stained glass, and dark red textured cathedral stained glass.
