Bird of Paradise Fused Glass Cheese or Sushi Plate

I cut and arranged brilliant-colored glass shapes and fused them on an 8" x 12" white glass base to create this magical tropical garden.  It was then slumped to raise the edges and form a plate which is the ideal size for serving cheese or sushi.
