These angels are made with any glass of one's choosing.  I used lead free hobby came for the edging.  Twisted or plain wire, of different sizes, used for the trim.  Some angels have wire facial features, some don't. The wings are made from different clear, to white or colored, transparent glass.  The base, which is free standing, secure and stable,  is made of glass with lead free hobby came edging..Pattern for angels are from "Dimensions of Christmas" by Teny Nudson.
