The Wave

This piece uses a 12" circle as the base. The wave was created using many small, curved pieces of thin art glass in shades of blue and green. Each piece was cut and then arranged, like a puzzle without instructions, until I was happy with the placement of each. The sea foam was fired seperately and made with white frit. 

This is the first in an element series of Water, Fire, Air & Earth.
