"Hearts a Plenty" by Huston, Stained Glass Panel. . .

This is a large work 29" x 51" framed in mahogany.  The work was inspired by all the good hearts one comes into contact with in life.  Actually, this is only a few of those hearts, I would need many more panels to show all the good hearts, I've know.  I used dark red water glass for the boarder and black opaque glass for the background to show off the hearts when the sun hits the window.  Toward the bottom left you can see a clear heart bevel and close to the top center is an larger oval clear bevel.  This allows adults to look out the top and kids to look out the heart on the bottom.  It was a lot of work fitting all these curved pieces with came, but, I think the result is striking.
