Rose Quartz and Glass #1

One of my first pieces using optical glass to bring out the beauty of natural minerals.  Starting with a crude rose quarts and working it just like glass and then using standard cold-working techniques to build the cube (color added to Hyxtal).  I wanted to place the cube in some form of space and subsequently created the second piece.  The cube is 4.5" square.
