Four Angels

20" Square Mirror made of ceramic tiles, glass tiles, stained glass, mirror glass, millefiori and broken china. I made this as a raffle item for the St. Joseph the Worker Craftfest for Nov 2016.  I asked the lady  (Sue Shortell) from the church's women's guild "what would you like?" I threw out some suggestions: winter theme mirror, Christmas themed mirror / wall panel or something with angels, like an angel mirror. She said, " I am always love angels." So here is whatI came up with. I had no design in my head. Placed the four angels on the board and mosaiced ( is that even a word?) them first. I sat and looked at for a week unable to decide how to proceed, But then inspiration hit and here is what I came up with.
