"Sweet Image" horse composition from photos - May 2017

Framed composition of our horses - Sweetie & Image - from two photos of horses, barns & fence.

Used photos Glass Eye 2000 to assist in creating glass pattern.  Goal was to create as realistic rendition as possible, that include unique marking patterns of each horse as well as textures of barn & fence.

Glass was foiled and soldered with black patina, then placed in 24" x 24" frame for hanging in sun-lit window.

Piece is a special gift for my daughter whose passion for horses led our family into a hobby/lifestyle of horsemanship for over 15 years.  What an adventure!
