@irish8663 The blue square bevels are available at Delphi, along with all your stained glass basics to construct this project. The white dove appears to be a custom made element that I don't believe is offered for sale. If you are interested in flameworking, you could make a small sculptural element like this from borosilicate or Effetre glass.
