Stained Glass Blue Mosaic Panel

This is a refurbished wooden frame that I remade into a nautical blue mosaic window panel. The mosaic is made on a glass panel with translucent glass pieces. When in the window, it makes a beautiful stained glass panel with light going through it, and the glass is just as beautiful and vibrant when hanging on the wall.

A variety of blue glass pieces with some iridescent touches and some small stones makes up this abstract and unique beach design. Each glass piece is hand cut, glued to a glass panel and grouted dark gray. The grout is sealed for protection.

This is not a new frame. I found this clear glass panel with a beautiful wooden frame in a thrift shop, cleaned it, and applied fresh mahogany stain. It has a hanging on the back, but the hooks can be attached on the top to hang it in the window.
