The Last Glacier

Mosaic on hand-made three-dimensional substrate.  Stained glass, iridescent glass, clear glass,  tempered glass, and tiny glass spheres.  Alcohol inks beneath some of the tesserae.  Some of the glass is laid on edge, after first nipping the exposed edge to create multiple surfaces to catch the light.  Grouted with multiple grout colors.  26” wide x 21” tall
