The Ice Queen's Palace

This piece is 12" long, 6" high and 5" deep. It is a fantasy piece portraying the residence of the ficticious Ice Queen. It is made form many individual kiln fired pieces using iridized clear glass. I have tried to incorporate as many textures and shapes as possible to give the feeling of ice. Because of the irid glass, variations in lighting can change the look immensely. It can also be lit from behind or below with colored lights.
