Goose Season

A typical farm scene in the Midwest USA.  Behind the windmill the hills take on the brilliant colors of a sunny winter day.  Geese fly in a swirling blue sky over a field of corn stubble kissed by freshly fallen snow.  A lone goose waits on the ground surrounded by bales of hay.

This 10 x 12 inch art panel was full and contour fused in my home studio using Spectrum Opal Art, Stripes, opal, iridized and dichroic glass, noodles, stringers, frit, blown glass scrap and decals.
