River Walk

A tryptic of mosaic panels, each measuring 5'h x 2.5'w.  The opaque white glass and red berries are Spectrum glass. I utilized a white grout for the white background in order to make the wind elements more subtle.  Tree leaves and grass were layered to add depth. The greens, blues, browns, including the purple bark, is glass reclaimed from a 1938 neighborhood church that was being renovated.  Sadly, most of the old glass was trashed because it was too costly to remove the windows intact.
