"Freedom: Sea & Sun" - Screen Melt Fused Glass Panel

9" round, fused glass panel.  Three layers of glass to create depth.  A bit of aventurine blue gives it just the right sparkle.  This started-out to be a gift bowl for a dear friend, but as happens with fused glass, it came out differently than what I expected!  Classmates said it needed to be an art panel with light backing to fully display its complexities.
