Honeycomb Bee Bowl

The design of this piece was inspired by bees and all they do for us!

It started with many sketches on paper to find they right arrangement of honeycomb and bees.  Once I found the perfect honey colored glass it all came together. The honey colored glass base is layered with iridescent honeycombs giving it some texture and the bees are made from black glass powder. 

The bowl can be used for serviing when not on display!
