Autumn Visitors

"Autumn Visitors" depicts birds arriving on leafless trees.  The scene was created using metal foils, metalic wire, glass powders, frits, sheet glass, and reactive earths.  The scene is kiln fired.  A sandstone base stand was created by carving a slot for the glass to sit in.

The glass measures approximately 8x10, with a sandstone base measuring 7x10.  All aspects of this fused glass piece are original design by lulusglassworks by lucy neyens.
