Red Wavy Glass Bowl with a Foot

This amazing fused glass bowl was made in a very special technique called "mesh melt". Pieces of glass are put on a stainless steel mesh and melted together through that mesh in a very high temperature. I like this process because it gives the glass all the possible freedom to create design by itself, without my interference, just with a little help in arranging the colors :). Usually the glass when given such a freedom, creates abstract designs :) Just look at those cute swirls!

Then I added a foot for more elegance and "airy" look and bent the bowl giving it this stunning wavy form.

I used here both opal and transparent pieces of glass.

This stunning red but still elegant bowl can become a great décor element for your home, office or restaurant.
