Lola

Paper mache manequin strengthened with mastic, covered with hand made tiles, stained glass pieces, copper wheels and dichroic glass.

Lola started of as an attempt to use up excess glass and tile but she became so much more as my work progressed.  Friends and neighbors were excited to see each step of the process and one named her.  She embodies both nature and humanity.
