Pear in a Bowl

Glass on Glass Mosaic bowl. 22" diameter.  The glass bowl I worked on is actually a large light fixture lens from a mall parking lot in Brookfield, WI.  The edges are finished with copper foil and leaded with a bumpy texture.  

I took inspration from all the still life paintings that exsist of a Pear in a bowl and gave it a funky 50's graphic twist.
