Fused Glass Watch

This is a large fused glass watch, approximately 1.25m long. It was made of 3 parts - the face, which has a hole drilled through and a clock inserted; and 2 straps which have been fully fused and then siliconed to the face. The face was fully fused, and then the green strips tac-fused.

I enjoy making over-sized pieces. I wanted the piece to look sporty, and created a Swatch-like watch. It has hooks on the back - one on each strap, to hang it to a wall.
