TARDIS Lamp

This lamp is designed after the T.A.R.D.I.S. from the BBC show Dr. Who. I created the pattern from a photograph. The lid is removable, giving easy access to the bulb. It measures approximately 6 inches square and 12 inches tall. My lamp was constructed using the copper foil method and some ingenuity to incorporate the signs and create the light on the lid. I designed this lamp for my husband who is a huge Dr. Who fan. I wanted to create a T.A.R.D.I.S. that had the fun details but a design that was true to the original.
