Description:
This window was for my Dad and it comes from a patch that was on one of his favorite hats. When he was stationed oversea is the late 60's, early 70's, he and his friends went out drinking. They were a couple of miles from the barracks and, as the story goes, my Dad wouldn't part with a quarter for the bicyclist to take them back to the barracks. He walked back with only one shoe and his friends called him Cheap Charlie. That story cracks me up because it's completely unlike him. He is a generous, compassionate man with a wild sense of humor.
