Frank's Hat

Husbands mom made Frank but the shade melted, so thought I would give it a try and make a shade. About 5 years later Frank finally had his hat, learned a lot along the way. Like all projects, would do things a bit different the second time. Just as Frank is put together in bits and pieces so is the shade.
