Description:
By framing a non-existent window with glass, I am questioning architectural decisions while examining two and three dimensionality. The glass bricks also double as a trellis for an English ivy vine that would be invasive and destructive to a real brick wall, thus creating an intentional growing environment from an inorganic structure. This sculpture is an optical illusion that catches light from different directions, which invites the viewer to look at it from different angles.
