Peacock Murine Bud Vase

This 7 inch tall bud vase was made using had pulled murini.  The colors are cobalt, blue, spring green and clear.  The murini was added to a circle of clear glass and then full fused.  Next the blank was droped through a 3 inch ring.  I watched it carefully to be sure that it dropped to the position where it had a flat bottom.  Once done, I used a dremel ring to saw off the top.  I cold worked both the vase and the left over ring until smooth and even.  The design looks a lot like peacock feathers.
