Desertscape at Sunset Mosaic

This large mosaic panel is mounted on the wall against the bathroom mirror so that the reflection completes the sunset scene and show a full tree. The panel is mostly glass with some polished stones mixed in on the bottom. The scene includes several types of native plants and animals, all designed and hand cut by the artist. It measures 17 inches wide by 35 inches tall and includes over 15 different colors of glass. It took over 2 months to complete and it traveled from Southern California to Green Valley, Arizona to be installed.
