The pattern for the window is original. It was adapted from a "royalty free" illustration.
The window measures 51" x 38". It incorporates 685 pieces, 85' of lead came, 1400+ solder joints and over 110 wonderful hours of labor. I used Spectrum Clear Corteza glass (S100CZ) for the background to simulate kelp (coral) to which the Seahorse is affixed.
The illumination is provided by 18' of pure white LED lights encased in a light box made of Red Oak and stained gray. A dimmer is also attached to adjust the brightness at different times of day.
