Tree- Close Up

This mosaic is created on old wood. The piece was designed using the grain andtexture of the wood. As well, the clear, textured glass fits into the natural hole in the wood. This mosaic is created using a variety of glass, emphasising texture, and interesting brass leaf beads. It was left unframed so the natural wood could show through the edges.
