Desert Splendor

This piece is a 341/2 x 24 inch stained glass panel with fused glass enhancements and is my own pattern.

I used bullseye, wismach, spectrum and uroboros glass.  The cactus was tack fused with glass line paint and frit to give the nopal cactus a waxy texture that mimics the real cactus.  The center of the largest flower was also tack fused using layers of glass and frit.
