Healing Dance

I have found that dance is often used in overcoming the trauma of abuse.  I saw or heard a program many years ago that some Swahili women that were kidnapped and abused used dancing together to help in their healing process. This memory came back to me recently and this was the result.  Meet Amani (Swahili for peace), Upendo (Swahili for love) and Uhuru (Swahili for freedom).
