My Peacock Plate

11" plate with a white base, lots of blue powder, bended stringers, and dicroic.  I sifted lots of blue powder on white base.  I added nipped pieces of clear to displace some of the powder.  I put dicroic pieces in a random design.  The finished pieces reminds me of the beautiful feathers of a peacock!
