Florida Sunset

 When we decided to redo our kitchen, it gave me the opportunity to try something I had never done before: create a mosaic glass tile backsplash behind the stove!

After reading everything I could find about "How To", I took the plunge.  The design is my own, and complements our Florida home, with my collection of pelicans and herons.  If you look closely you will see a few small alligators and frogs among the grass.

I am approaching my 75th birthday, and am very happy that I have accomplished a new craft.
