Under the sea soap dish

This 4 inch x 6 inch soap dish features  90 Coe glass;  blue  , Robin egg blue, marble and clear glass. It was finished with a cute whimsy seahorse. This dish was fused, then slumped . The seahorse decal was applied during the slump. This soap dish can be used as small decorative dish.
