Botanical Fantasy: Purple to Green

This mosaic is one of a series of works I have created exporing an imaginary world rich in flora, and the colour wheel. Each piece features a different colour or combination of colours. This piece features colours ranging form purple through blue to green. It is 12 inches square and is made with pre-fired pieces, some of which have also been lampworked and/or slumped; and then embedded in a grout based adhesive.
