Unconventional kaleidoscope presenting strongly 3-dimensional images resembling the planet Saturn, viewed from 3 different angles. This design was inspired by the completion of the 17-year mission of the space probe "Cassini" to Saturn and its' moons.

8-inch radius quadrant in black irridescent glass with fused dichroic "ring" insert and other dichroic elements. Three viewing ports. Viewing object is handblown, rotating glass globe, filled with lampworked glass shapes drifting in oil.
