When my husband, who had been a chef for years, walked past a gallery in Solano Beach, Ca. and saw a painting that depicted his experience while he was in France, he just couldn’t get the image out of his mind. A few years later, I went to the gallery and shared this story with the owner and wanted to contact the artist to get a print for my husband. When she said that she couldn’t remember who the artist was, I was heartbroken. Then she told me that she had a image of the painting in her computer and that is when I thought that I would adapt it into a glass panel. Today, it hangs in our dining room and my husband is thrilled!
