Taughannock Falls Mosaic

Taughannock Falls at Taughannock Falls State Park. Shale from the park was used to make this. The water is layers of thin cut irridized textured glass, with crash glass as the spray. Also several pieces of broken wood branches gathered from Taughannock park were used.

12" x 33 1/2" Stained Glass , shale, wood pieces, crash glass, and frit on plywood. Using thinset as the glue.
