Description:

The Joker catches attention with a variety of dichroic coe 90 scrap, fused with a clear cap.  It is permanently adhered to a board and framed.  The eyes are fused dichroic glass and almost has the feeling they are following you.  It is a unusual project that pushed me to a new level!
